Sušení chmele na půdách
V další části jsou vystaveny lísky pro sušení chmele přirozeným teplem, které se používaly na půdách právovárečných domů. V lísce na vozíku je připraven sušený žatecký poloraný červeňák. Doporučujeme nejdříve hlávku v rukách podélně rozdělit a obě části zlehka třít o sebe. Tím dojde k uvolnění vonných látek ve chmelu. Pak můžete přivonět.
Na konci je zrekonstruovaný ruční výtah pro dopravu žoků se suchým chmelem. Lano vedoucí přes obvod kola procházelo všemi patry skladu a umožňovalo tak snadnou manipulaci jednoho pracovníka s žokem chmele, který dosahoval hmotnosti až 90 kg.
Drying of hops at attics
In the next part, there are lath boxes for hop drying using natural heat, which were used in the attics of houses privileged to brew beer. Hopfentrocknung auf Dachböden
